I get a lot of e-mail of all sorts.  I try to be as responsive as possible.  I try to be as transparent as possible with regard to how I vote and why.  I try to be informative.

For the record, I VOTED AGAINST ALL OF THE SPECIAL SESSION TAX INCREASES.  But that is not good enough for some people.

Here, an e-mailer tells his account of his communications with me to a Baltimore Sun Message Board.  The exchange between he and myself is all accurate as far as I can recall.  It got me a lot of phone calls and e-mails from friends and detractors.

The “Reply To All” was my fault.  A lot of people had to endure a bunch of people responding to my e-mail for a while.  Inexcusable technical error on my part.

This guy sounds like a turd. What a spaz. Can you introduce legislation that
will only raise his taxes? He sounds like he has absolutely no idea how
government works.
